Description - Davidoff Coffee Espresso 100 gm
Wake up to the exceptional flavour of Davidoff's Cafe Espresso 57. This instant coffee contains an energising blend of dark roast Arabica beans from African, Latin America and the Pacific, that produces an intense and assertive taste with a deliciously mellow finish.

|Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting|
|Preheat oven to 170 C. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the sugar and vegetable oil. Mix in the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and red food colouring until combined. Stir in the coffee and vinegar. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients a little at time, mixing after each addition, just until combined. Grease 2 same sized round pans generously and pour the batter in. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Take it out of the oven as the cakes continue to cook as they cool. Allow them to cool on a cooling rack. Slide a knife to loosen the cakes from the pan. Remove the cakes from the pan and let them cool. For the cream cheese frosting, let margarine and cream cheese soften to room temperature. Mix well. Add sugar and beat until mixed but not so much that the frosting becomes loose. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread the half the frosting on one cake, layer with the second and repeat, covering the sides as well. Garnish with fresh cherries and serve.|
