Pancakes with Maple Syrup

  • 1 cup  All-purpose Flour or Ogran Gluten Free Flour
  • 1  Egg or Ogran Natural Egg
  • 2 tbsp  Sugar
  • 1 cup  Milk
  • 1/2 tsp  Salt
  • 1 tsp  Baking Powder
  • To garnish  Blueberries
  • To serve  Maple syrup


Mix all the ingredients in a blender to make a thick batter. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and pour 1/3rd cup of batter on the pan. To make the process easier and mess-free, use a pancake batter dispenser. Turn the pancake when it starts to bubble. It should be golden brown in colour. Serve hot with maple syrup, fresh berries and chocolate sauce.

My aunt has a gluten allergy, something new amidst us. we make pancakes a lot and i was able to make this because of orgran.
