“I ordered a gift 2 days before my mom’s birthday to be shipped to her. The estimated time of delivery showed 5 days max. It was a week later to the birthday. I tried writing to them to make it a priority delivery. Same night I got a reply saying they are trying their best. Then I thought ok, it must be a template reply. But to my utter surprise, Zansaar actually delivered much before schedule. I am thankful to the team who worked on this to make both the recipient of the gift and me HaPpy!”
